This course focuses on strategy and the critical setup needed to run a successful online business. You’ll learn the basic standards for operating an e-commerce store, what platforms and tools are available, and how to set up your products, payments, and systems the right way from the start.

Digital Sales Ecosystem

Learn how an online store fits into your brand or project's overall digital footprint and contributes to your broader marketing efforts. Explore various sales tools, understand their features, and start implementing them to optimize your online business and drive growth.

CRM and Fulfillment

Learn how to fulfill your online orders efficiently, covering both shipping and digital distribution. This course also includes important topics like Digital Rights Management (DRM) to protect your content and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to help you build lasting connections with your customers.

Continuous Improvement

The Media Arts Center is an attract school, not a pursuit school. There are no admissions advisors, enrollment counselors, or recruiters of any kind. Everyone who works here is a teacher experienced in subjects they know deeply. If you want to be chosen for one of six seats in an upcoming class the obligation is on you to read, reach out, apply, and tour. We are not a community college and do not accept everyone in the community.
